Buckland Abbey 

Founded as a Cistercian abbey in 1278, following the dissolution of the monasteries by Henry VIII in 1541, the abbey was sold to the Grenville family, whose son Sir Roger Grenville was captain of the ill fated Mary Rose.
Buckland Abbey is now a Grade I listed house. Situated in Buckland Monachorum, near Yelverton, it is owned and run by the National Trust.

Kent Cavern Prehistoric Caves Torquay 

Kents Cavern is an indoor/outdoor activity centre in Torquay, Devon. It features a prehistoric cave system, which has been a geological Site of Special Scientific Interest since 1952 and a Scheduled Ancient Monument since 1957. It is notable for its archaeological and geological features. The site also features woodland trails and coastal walks.

Greenway National Trust House & Garden Brixham 

This National Trust property is the holiday home of the famous and much-loved author Agatha Christie and her family.  On the banks of the River Dart, she described it as "the loveliest place in the world". The atmospheric house contains family silver, china and books from the 1950s. In addition there is a pretty woodland garden to explore. Cafe and refreshments available.
